Urban promenade & commercial gallery
Open to the sky yet protected by gently curving glass canopies, shoppers and commuters enjoy a city center reviving pre-war splendor when the neighborhood was an upscale, retail arcade. Together with a 30 floor residential tower, shopping gallery and metro station, Beursplein re-connects the severed districts of Rotterdam.

Reflecting the ancient Chinese art historical symbolism of the dragon and the pearl, Core Pacific City rises up from a dense flat urban landscape into a 60 meter sphere that symbolizes the “fiery ball” the dragon chances, held in place by a 14-story mixed use L shaped complex which is the “dragon”. The pearl- like sphere weds the neighboring predominant city park to a vital 24-hour urban entertainment district, resulting from the adjacent 14-story canyon punctuated by several three-story exhilarating escalator rides.

Urban commercial redevelopment
Designed as an open-air complex that maintains 24-hour access and use as a pre-established pedestrian circulation system, Downtown Plaza consists of a series of four architecturally distinct districts encouraging different patterns of use and function. Knitted into the existing urban fabric, circulation patterns defined by the orthogonal street grid are continued through the project, paseos link courtyards, and its character and scale blend into its surrounding.

Waterfront commercial project
As the only waterfront retail and entertainment center in Dubai, water is a key element, organizing the project’s circulation in radiating, arching paths. Located at the center of the 4-kilometer long site on Dubai Creek, it creates a relaxed resort-style community with marina facilities, international retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Set in a breathtaking vertical symphony of light and space, the Retail, Restaurant, and Terrace Gardens will be an internationally recognized retail and food destination. Enhanced by beautifully landscaped gardens, lush with native plants and year-round blossoms, this district will be vibrantly activated by sights, sounds and scents. Shadows layered and patterned across the site, createdby the gentle flirtation of sunlight through Peruri’s architecture, will further amplify the visual composition as a dramatic “shadow garden” extends across the naturally ventilated site. From here, a ramping, continuous series of streets propels each visitor vertically from level 2 to the entertainment destinations within Levels 4-5.

Famous for its natural beauty, Hangzhou is the political, economic and cultural center of Zhejiang province. The Hangzhou Rooftop celebrates the city’s natural scenery by anchoring the roof of a commercial project by artfully organizing 29,000 square meters with a 5 star boutique hotel, cinema, art gallery and restaurants around a “central green”. A series of pavilions carve out intimately scaled garden spaces which provide framed views of the city. The project was given a 2017 AIA Long Beach | South Bay Design Award.

Integrated on site comprehensive sustainability systems
Consider an outdoor/indoor project that is responsive to the tropical climate, maximizes the nature of the site: topography, climate and sun. Infuse a dynamic mix of programmatic uses, blend local business with international tenant offerings and you’ll have a lifestyle center distinct from other developments in Puerto Rico.
